{product review: julian's gluten-free pancakes}

**Tomorrow is my 100th post!
So come back & comment for a fun giveaway to celebrate!**

I.love.pancakes.

I was so bummed when I was diagnosed with Celiac, because gluten-free pancakes aren't easy to find. I was thrilled when I found Pamela's gluten-free pancake mix, because they taste like the ones I grew up with :)  But with my schedule, I never have time to make them from scratch. So pancakes are never on my breakfast menu.

Until I found this:

I grumbled too. Frozen pancakes? No thanks.

But since my mom had kindly bought them, & no one else in my family was going to eat them, I gave them a shot.

& guess what? They're SO good! Honestly, they're better than when I make them from scratch. Crazy, right?

Eight pancakes come in each box, with four split into two packages.

I just stack two pancakes on top of each other & stick them in the microwave for 45 seconds.

At the :20 mark, I flip the stack upside down. Voila!

Now comes one of my quirky habits. I grew up on warm syrup. My grandfather always warmed the syrup for his kids, so my mom always did it for us.  I cannot stand when my syrup is cold or room temperature. Honestly, why would you put cold syrup on a hot pancake?  Makes no sense.

We've have this little nifty mini-pitcher {I honestly can't think of a more appropriate term} for years...& it's the perfect thing to use for syrup. I just microwave it for 20 seconds & pour it on the pancakes.

I went a little overboard on the syrup.

Delicious, fluffy, buttermilk pancakes. THAT ARE GLUTEN-FREE.

Julian's Recipe pancakes come in buttermilk, chocolate chip, & blueberry. You can find them at your local grocery store, or here: http://www.juliansrecipe.com/stores/index.php

Have you tried Julian's? What do you think?
Anyone else know of delish gluten-free pancake mixes?

Tell me!

**This is not a sponsored post, nor am I being compensated. Just sharing the love!
